The public is invited to the first in a series of memorial lectures in honour of Prof. Seymour Fox, founder of the programs of the Mandel Foundation and educational visionary and founder of the Melton Centre for Jewish Education at the Hebrew University.

The lecture will be given by Prof. Martha Nussbaum, Ernst Freund Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Ethics, University of Chicago, on ' Humanistic Education and Global Justice'.

The lecture will take place (in English) on Sunday 16.12.07 at 4.30 p.m., in The Yitzchak Rabin Building for the World Center of Jewish Studies, Mount Scopus, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
