The program participants will receive a living stipend of NIS 84,000 total for the year, as well as allowances for books and for participation in conferences in Israel and abroad. 

Participants will spend at least four days a week at the Mandel Leadership Institute in Jerusalem, where they will receive office facilities (accommodation arrangements will be made as necessary for those who live outside of Jerusalem).

Participants will dedicate one day a week to a unique study program that will include encounters with philosophers, researchers and practitioners who are active in the field of education, as well as site visits to educational institutions. Participants will be required to participate in selected activities from among those that take place within the framework of programs at the Mandel Leadership Institute.
