Prof. Dery is founder and chair of Delta Leadership, Ltd. He teaches public policy at the Hebrew University, where he served as founding dean of the School of Public Policy, and Chair of the Political Science Department. Prof. Dery also served as Senior Policy Analyst in the Office of the Deputy-Prime Minister, and as the Chief Scientist for the Ministry of Interior and for the Civil Service Commission. He is the author of numerous books, monographs, scientific articles, and policy papers in public policy, public administration, and local governance.
